ТЕМА УРОКА: Helping hand
Цели урока: Расширение знаний учащихся о благотворительной деятельности, совершенствование лексических навыков и навыков чтения с целью извлечения конкретной информации.
Практическая: активизировать использование в речи лексических единиц по теме «Благотворительность»; совершенствовать навыки устной речи в рамках заявленной темы, тренировать в чтении текста с детальным пониманием прочитанного и умения извлекать из текста нужную информацию.
Развивающая: развивать умения аргументировать и доказывать свое мнение, способность концентрировать внимание и распределять его, развивать ассоциативное мышление, воображение.
Образовательная: обогатить знания учащихся о благотворительной деятельности, использовать английский язык для повышения общей культуры учащихся.
Воспитательная: Воспитывать чувство доброты и толерантности по отношению к другим людям, умения работать коллективно, формировать уважительное отношение к иностранному языку как средству межкультурного общения.
Оборудование: книга Starlight 6 раздаточный материал (Appendix1) – Student Card.

Организационный момент.
Teacher: My dear friends, today we are going to read about helping animals. At the lesson you will also study the vocabulary and have practice in using it.
Warm up activity(разминка)
