ОТУРЫТЫЙ УРОК ПО ТЕМЕ:
«THE OTHER HOLLYWOOD»
ЦЕЛИ:
Практическая: развивать умений монологической речи в рамках изучаемой темы (высказывания и дискуссия в рамках темы урока);развивать умений изучающего чтения (работа с текстом);
Образовательная: расширить фоновые знаний учащихся по теме «Проблемы подростков»
Развивающая: развивать память, внимание, мышление, а также умений переноса усвоенного материала в новую ситуацию.
Воспитательная: воспитывать интерес к изучению иностранного языка (с помощью проблемных заданий); прививать навыки коллективной деятельности (дискуссия).
Средства обучения: карточки с заданиями, компьютер, проектор, экран.
Ход урока
ОРГ.МОМЕНТ
- Good morning, students. I’m glad to see you. How are you? You are welcome to our lesson. I want you to be active at our lesson. Let’s start our lesson with a small dialogue:
A- Hi, how are you ?
B- Good thanks, you all right?
A-No, I am not.
B-what is wrong with you, you look so worried!
A-Yes, it is so, because I have some troubles with my parents.
B- Again? Why?
Yesterday I was late at school – IT IS A PROBLEM! I GOT A BAD MARK - IT IS A PROBLEM AS WELL! I want to go out but I have got no money, my parents do not give it to me- IT IS ALSO A PROBLEM! I only have problems, I can not stand it any more.
B - Listen, but I think you can do something, try to get better marks, try not to be late and so on.
A- I know, but I do not want to do this, it is so boring, I want to go to Hollywood, imagine long limousines, famous people living in luxury, a lot of money, a lot of parties, a lot of interviews. I can become famous and do what I want.
B - But it is only a dream, is not it?
A-Do not be chicken! I want to try, I will run away from my home and become a movie star!
T- You listened to a dialogue, now could you please say, “What does it mean to be a teenager?”
P1-It means to have a lot of problems.
P2-It means to have some dreams.
T-Yes, you are right. But our dream can be so, and the reality can look in such a way (2 картинки)

2.2.Ask them to answer the questions below with
They might ... and They might believe that ... respectively. They should brainstorm as many different possibilities as they can and then compare their answers in small groups.
Why do teenagers run away from home?

2.4. T-Let us talk about you.
What can make you nervous, annoyed, disappointed?
Уч-ся отвечают по образцу:
I am nervous, (annoyed, disappointed)because of – (из-за)…
Students answers:
because of My clothes
because of Problems at school,
because of A quarrel with parents,
When a friend doesn’t want to understand,
When I can’t find a thing I need,
Lack of caring and sharing,
Too much caring,
When there are a lot of people in one house and you don’t have a chance to be alone, unseen or unheard.
2.5.- Now you are to read this poem and comment it from your points of view: Which problems does the girl touch upon in her poem?

Why is nothing ever easy?
Why are some boys so sleazy? (несерьёзный, подлый)
Why can’t I have that brand new dress?
Why am I under so much stress?
Why don’t my parents ever believe me?
Why can’t they ever see…
Why do I feel so often unhappy?
Why do they always wish I was still in a nappy? (пеленка)
There’s a reason for all these problems and tears.
I am going through my Teenage Years!
2.6.T.- And what problems do you have? (обсуждение собственных проблем)
2.7 Работа с карточками.

Ученики представляют себя психологами и дают советы в представленных ситуациях.
1. If my friend told me to try smoking…
2. If I wanted to have more pocket money…
3. If I had bad marks at school…
4. If my parents didn’t understand me…
5. If I had too much homework…
6. If I were too shy…
7. If I didn’t like some boring subjects…
8. If I hadn’t got any friends…
A. I would learn some subjects better.
B. I would refuse. I think it is stupid to smoke only because you want to be alike your friends.
C. I would begin to change. I would try to be more sociable
D. I would try to find a job as soon as possible.
E. I would work at my character. I would offer my help to someone who needs my help. I think we would become friends.
F. I would try to find something interesting, something unusual in these subjects.
G. I would ask some of my teachers to speak to my parents.
H. I would learn to devise my time correctly. I wouldn’t lose it watching TV and chattering on phone but I wouldn’t give up doing sport, reading, dancing and music.

DON’T MAKE YOURSELF THE HARM!
Girls, you are the future mothers
Throw away your habit to smoke
To drink beer to use foul language
Your children won’t you forgive
ONLY TWO WAYS YOU HAVE, OUR DEARS:
THE FIRST WAY IS THE WAY TO deal
With your teachers, parents, doctors
And to be kinder yourself!
POPULATION OF THE PLANET!
WE WANT URGENTLY PREVENT:
LET US TRY TO LIVE in harmony,
Ban all stupid things yourself!
Boys and girls, the life is so beautiful ! :)
