ПРАЗДНИК АНГЛИЙСКОГО АЛФАВИТА
Цель праздника – подведение итогов работы за 1 полугодие на начальном этапе изучения английского языка. Подготовка праздника включается в учебный процесс. Ребята разучивают песни и стихи, что позволяет в игровой форме повторить и закрепить пройденный материал. Наглядные пособия - картинки с буквами алфавита и рисунками, элементы костюмов для сценки. Музыкальное сопровождение (из Интернет-источников)
Сценарий праздника
При проведении праздника предполагается большое количество действующих лиц, поэтому целесообразнее проводить этот тематический вечер для ребят всего класса или параллели, приглашая родителей посмотреть, каких успехов достигли их дети. Проведение праздника английского алфавита в группе на уроке предполагает меньшее количество учащихся. Поэтому можно «пригласить» на урок только гласные буквы и согласные (например, G, C), которые читаются по-разному в окружении гласных букв. Таким образом, повторяются и закрепляются правила чтения.
Boy 1, boy 2: Hello, children!
Children: Hello!
A girl: Welcome to our ABC party. There are a lot of us! And who is coming?
(Выходит девочка - буква А)
A: Hello. I am the letter A. A is for Alphabet and for ABC. Can you say the alphabet from A to Z?
Children: Yes.
A: If we sing the Alphabet Song all my brothers and sisters will come here.
(Дети поют the Alphabet Song. Появляются остальные буквы английского алфавита.)
A: Can you say, how many letters are there? Children: There are 26 (twenty-six)
Boy 1: I know all the letters well. I can read them and spell.
Boy 2: But I think A is for Apples and Apple trees.
Guess: What is it?
It is red and sweet,
And it is good to eat.
Children: An apple.
Boy 1: А сейчас мы увидим вежливую девочку.
(Сценка: Действующие лица: мать, дочь, мужчина - учащиеся класса).
A man: What a good girl! Take this apple, please!
(дает девочке яблоко)
Mother: What must you say?
Little girl: Give me one more, please!
Boy 2: Будем ли мы поступать как эта девочка?

Вoy 1: Давайте поможем девочке ответить вежливо.
Children: Thank you!

Me —the letter C. C is for Cat.

D is for dogs, not cats.

Boy 1: Who is the next?
E: - It is me — the letter E. E is for Eight and Eleven.
«How much is eight and eleven?»
Asks little Evan.
«How much is eleven plus eight?»
Asks little Kate.

F: Flowers here,

Boy 2: Who are you?
F: I am the letter F.
F is for flowers: red and blue,

Boy 1: But I think, F is for Family.

Y is for a Yard where children play.

Boy 1, Boy 2: Вот мы и познакомились с буквами английского алфавита. Давайте попрощаемся с буквами и споем все вместе «The Alphabet Song».
